SOFT SETTING
Recommended for most bouncers under 200 lbs. looking for a slower, deeper bounce. Bouncers looking for a light, health bounce for wellness prefer this setting as it is the smoothest feel for this weight group. Lighter bouncers who are looking for a challenging cardio workout choose this firmness because each bounce is a little deeper and slower and forces them to work harder. Available on the Essential and Premium Series.
FIRM SETTING – MOST POPULAR
This is the most universal setting as lighter bouncers prefer it to keep up with faster workouts and heavier bouncers (up to 275 lbs.) prefer it for slower health bouncing. This is the default setting on the PRO 39", Essential 44" , and PRO 44" Series and is easily adjusted on the Premium Series.
EXTRA-FIRM SETTING
This is the most supportive setting for any bouncer weight. For lighter bouncers, it will feel the most stable and provide the fastest bounce. Heavier bouncers (over 276 lbs.) prefer this setting if they are just getting started and it will continue to serve them as they progress into more advanced workouts.
