What are your standard shipping terms?

Our standard shipping terms are pre-paid FOB destination. We handle logistics for your shipment until it reaches the customer provided delivery address (Will call orders or customer-provided labels excepted). Customer is responsible for the shipment from the time the carrier reports delivery, and may be responsible for delivery shipping charges if the item is returned.
