For FedEx shipments, December 16th is the last day to order for possible Christmas delivery within the contiguous U.S. Please refer to the FedEx shipping maps below for estimated delivery times.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders typically take up to 2 business days to process and ship from our warehouses in Pennsylvania or California.
Once shipped, you can track your order directly through the carrier’s website. Refer to the FedEx Ground maps below for estimated transit times to your area.
Partial Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple boxes from different warehouses and may arrive on separate days. Each shipment—whether sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS—will generate its own tracking email directly from the carrier.
If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If a box appears to be missing, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow 7–10 business days for resolution.

Shipments to remote or hard to access areas of the country, or that require transportation via ferry, may incur an additional shipping fee.

Wrong Size? We have extended our standard 30 day return policy for the holiday season. Purchases made on JumpSport.com between November 3th, 2026 and December 31st, 2026 can be returned or exchanged up through January 31, 2026. (Some restrictions apply.)
