I haven’t received my order. If it has been beyond 5 business days and you have not received tracking information, or your tracking information indicates your package is stuck, please contact us about the status of your order. If your item is on back order you should have received notification. Our supply chain schedules have been significantly impacted recently. Estimated times of arrival continue to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If we experience shipping delays, we will send you an email with estimated availability dates as soon as possible.

The product I need is unavailable. Please continue to check each product page for estimated availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. If you cannot add the item to the cart, we are not accepting back orders at this time.
- I haven’t received tracking information. Our staff is doing their best to ensure accurate tracking information is provided to all customers. Please allow for 2-3 business days for small parcels and 3-5 business days for larger backyard trampolines to receive tracking information. At that point, if you still haven’t received tracking information, please contact us.
- I only received part of my order. Many orders are shipped in multiple boxes from various warehouses and may not all be delivered on the same day. If your items ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, you will receive an email directly from them with tracking information. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, the email may have been blocked or sent to a spam folder please check there.
Estimated Delivery Times
JumpSport Fitness trampolines, JumpSport backyard trampolines, and most Accessories (anchors, ladders, and Proflex basketball sets) generally ship from the warehouse closest to you in either Virginia and California. See the UPS ground maps below for estimated transit times.
AlleyOOP trampolines and 10x17 replacement pads generally ship by freight delivery and require up to 5-15 days for delivery.
Replacement parts, Fitness accessories, and Fitness Videos generally ship from our California warehouse or from Texas when available. Reference the San Jose, CA map below for UPS ground estimated delivery times. Items under 2 pounds generally ship via USPS.
Some replacement parts and accessories are only compatible with specific models. If our order processors think your order may have compatibility issues, we will hold the order 1 day to email you for confirmation. If you would like to verify that the item you are purchasing is compatible with the JumpSport product you already own, you can send us your model information in the comment section of your order or email us at orders@jumpsport.com .
The maps below show the average number of business days for delivery via UPS ground. Orders must be placed by 6:00pm EST to qualify for next day processing. All delivery times do NOT include 1 to 2 business days needed for order processing.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and carriers require 7-10 business days to investigate lost shipments. If you require expedited delivery service, please contact us. Unexpected delays, including weather or embargoes may be experienced. Once your order has shipped, we do our best to work with our shipping partners to meet the expected transit time. If you decide to cancel the shipment already in progress, your order may be subject to our return and restock fees according to our return policies.
